Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Test and evaluate products to ensure that they meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and quality control records.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are well-versed in quality control processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (biotechnology, chemistry, or a related discipline).
- 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in the biotechnology industry.
- Understanding of quality control processes and regulatory guidelines (ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc.).
- Experience with the development and implementation of quality control documentation and records.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with managing and training quality control teams.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
